The 6-Week Live Well Program gives you the tools you need to take action and get results. Plus, you are being coached, guided and cheered on by your own personal holistic health coach.
What You’ll Get:
You’ll start with an in-person coaching session with Nikki, where we’ll review your goals and lifestyle, and introduce you to the program.
Following that session, each week you’ll receive:
1. personalized meal plan recommendations
2. corresponding weekly recipes
3. That week’s nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
4. a tracking sheet to keep you on task
5. A personal email from Nikki to reflect on the previous week, inspiration and recommendations for the week ahead
What the Program Is
Perhaps you’ve tried wellness programs, detoxes or healthy eating challenges before, and afterwards you feel like you’re failing if you don’t maintain the same level of rigidity. This program is not a play by play of do’s and don’t’s. Instead, it’s meant to teach you to become your own expert in your body. You are your most powerful and in charge when you can identify what you need or what your body is communicating. The program is not:
